The Warren Street Hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and design. It is the third New York hotel for Firmdale Hotels. Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultants for this project.
FISH SHOP
Washington, DC
Greenway Associates were appointed as Cost Consultants for Fish Shop, a new restaurant by Artfarm on Washington D.C.’s historic Wharf. Building on the success of the original Fish Shop in Ballater, Scotland, this transatlantic outpost combines sustainable design, craftsmanship and art, with interiors and site-specific artworks celebrating the Chesapeake Bay.
HOXTON HOTEL
Shepherds’ Bush, London
Greenway Associates were the QS and PM for the initial works to the newest hotel offering from the Hoxton brand, by Ennismore.
MANUELA
New York City
Greenway Associates were appointed as Quantity Surveyor for Manuela NYC, a unique dining concept teaming with dramatic and inspiring site-specific commissioned artwork.
Manuela has been created by our esteemed client, Artfarm, and is named in honor of Manuela Wirth, co-founder of Artfarm and the Hauser & Wirth Gallery.
SHOWTOWN MUSEUM

Greenway Associates served as the Cost Consultant, Procurement Manager, and Principal Designer for this display.
Known for its captivating exhibits and interactive experiences, Showtown offers a nostalgic journey through Blackpool's legendary entertainment scene.

Designed with and for kids up to 14 years of age, its purpose is to inspire young people. Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultant for both Base Build and Exhibition Fit-Out.
OMAN ACROSS AGES NATIONAL MUSEUM
Muscat, Oman
Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultant for this new national museum that celebrates the rich cultural history of Oman.
The museum is one of the largest of its kind in the Gulf region and was commissioned by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said al-Said.

Greenway Associates are currently working on the total refurbishment of an exciting new hospitality venue within an existing high street hotel in Kensington. Set to open in September 2025, the new space will occupy the ground floor and offer a fresh, dynamic experience for both locals and visitors in one of London’s most vibrant neighbourhoods
Greenway Associates is proud to be providing cost consultancy for the transformation of the V&A’s historic South Asia Gallery, set to open in Spring 2028. This ambitious project, supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, will create a world-leading space for the display and reinterpretation of South Asian art and design
Earlier this year, Jared Mensah, one of our Directors at Greenway Associates and our go-to expert on cultural projects, travelled to Tokyo to attend the International Museum Construction Congress (IMCC), held in April 2025. This global gathering brings together professionals from across the world who are shaping the future of museums, galleries, and cultural spaces.
We’re thrilled to share that Showtown Blackpool was named Winner of Permanent Exhibition of the Year, and The Grand Egyptian Museum received a Highly Commended in the International Exhibition of the Year category at the 2025 Museums + Heritage Awards. At Greenway Associates, we’ve had the privilege of working on some of London’s most exciting hospitality projects, helping restaurateurs bring their culinary visions to life. And now, one of the hottest trends—both literally and figuratively—is the rise of live-fire cooking. Across the capital, chefs are trading in gas and electric for wood and charcoal, tapping into the primal allure of open flames.
William Morris Gallery, uniquely devoted to the designer, craftsman, and radical socialist William Morris. Greenway Associates were appointed as the Cost Consultant and Project Manager in the refurbishment of this gallery, which is currently ongoing.
Greenway Associates first came into contact with Ab Rogers almost two decades ago, when we worked together on the Tate Modern Public Concourses. We went on to work together on various other cultural projects and exhibitions in London, and it was always evident to us that Ab’s passion for user-led design would take him far. We interview Ab Rogers in 2024, on the topic of Brutalism, and whether it’s back in UK’s good graces.
