We specialise in working with clients and developers at the early stages to provide professional advice on feasibility studies, masterplan budgeting, cost appraisal and procurement management.

Unlike many other larger firms, using Greenway Associates will give you access to multiple Directors of the company, who actively service each project.

Greenway Associates has no back room where the number-crunchers sit, and we never outsource our cost planning. Our cost plans are personally prepared by your project team and are based on first-hand data. Our private data bank has been built and maintained for 25+ years, across thousands of projects. Using first-hand intelligence has the added benefit of including gap analysis, so that we can quantify what is inevitably missing, sooner rather than later.

We understand the importance of de-risking projects and ensuring business plans remain robust and accurate. To do that, we aim to delve into the detail as soon as possible, often including items like FF&E and AV into our initial estimates.

Our team has decades of hands-on experience in hotels & luxury living, museums, galleries & cultural, heritage & landscape, hospitality & retail, experience & visitor attraction and lifestyle & leisure projects. Of equal value is our experience working in close liaison with CFO’s and multiple stakeholder environments.

As specialists in Construction Management, we oversee and coordinate this cost-effective method of procurement, combined with existing in-house expertise and the confidence to build your own site. With the client taking on the role of main contractor, contracts need to be managed every step of the way, and we provide this meticulous efficiency from start to finish.

We are a London based company and are set up to provide professional services on an international scale. We have have significant experience working in New York and in the Middle East.

We have our own inflation calculator geared towards high-end construction projects. In the current inflationary environment, benchmarking is no panacea for accurate cost planning. Active engagement with the subcontract market is essential, and our dedicated team is organised to achieve this.

Often, projects can progress more efficiently when great team dynamics already exist. Greenway Associates have previous working relationships with many of the leading architects and designers.
