Diriyah Gate is a cultural, heritage and lifestyle development which aims to preserve and celebrate Diriyah as the symbolic birthplace of the Kingdom. When completed, it will become a top global attraction to be celebrated by all Saudis and international visitors.

OUR ROLE

Greenway Associates provided specialist cost consultancy service for the cultural assets (6 new museums and visitor centres) Our role included defining and setting standards for cost reporting to the client and advising on costs through the design stages to ensure that the project was kept within budget. Jared Mensah was the lead QS on this project.
