Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultant for both Base Build and Exhibition Fit-Out.
Designed with and for kids upto 14 years of age, its purpose is to inspire young people and encourage them to experiment and dream.

The Warren Street Hotel is a celebration of contemporary art and design. It is the third New York hotel for Firmdale Hotels. Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultants for this project.
HOXTON HOTEL

Greenway Associates were the QS and PM for the initial works to the newest hotel offering from the Hoxton brand, by Ennismore.

OMAN ACROSS AGES NATIONAL MUSEUM
Muscat, Oman
Greenway Associates were the Cost Consultant for this new national museum that celebrates the rich cultural history of Oman.
The museum is one of the largest of its kind in the Gulf region and was commissioned by His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said al-Said.

We are delighted to announce that Greenway Associates has been appointed as the Quantity Surveyor for The Warren Street Hotel, in New York. The Warren Street Hotel will be Firmdale’s third US hotel and is due to open in February 2024.
